Our survival in our corner of the world is a quiet testament of our relevance and impact.  Much of our work in establishing capacity-building programmes through life coaching and soft skills training interventions are now recognised and funded endeavours. Avenues' ability to deliver time-bound state-wide mandates that prepare youth for life and the world of work has been rigorously tested over twenty years.
