Meghalaya is our home, and we know that strong partnerships with local entrepreneurs can significantly improve their wellbeing and prosperity. We believe now is the right time to leverage systems already in place so that we may reach a larger audience in the rural communities within the State.
Over the last 20 years, AVENUES has been at the helm of numerous youth development programmes in North East India. As the region’s leading Life Coaching Social Enterprise, headquartered in Meghalaya, our interventions have impacted over 100,000 youth in the years since. We have worked with numerous partners ranging from neighborhood schools to campuses of national importance, government departments to Self Help Groups.
In your capacity as a leading Common Service Center, a partnership with Avenues for capacity building and skills development programmes can help to generate additional revenue streams while making an impact in your community. We would be honored to include you in the region’s first ever Community Training Network driven by dynamic individuals like yourself.
Access to free monthly learning opportunities to improve communication skills, digital skills, soft skills, Microsoft Office, presentation skills and project management.
Access to sponsored learning opportunities in Entrepreneurship Development and Financial Management.
Government-funded personality development and career guidance programmes for students in your area of operation. Such partnerships shall include financial incentives for the CSC.
Avenues’ highly successful private training courses in English Language, Career Skills, Interview Skills, Leadership Development, Entrepreneurship for everyone. As an admissions partner, CSCs will be entitled to a share of all programme fees.
The region’s first “Community Training Model” that will allow you to participate in state-wide awareness building and sensitization efforts on behalf of State Departments and NGOs. Partner CSCs may nominate themselves/ family members/ community members to be trained and certified by Avenues as part-time “Community Trainers”. Community Trainers will be entitled to a commission whenever training projects are available.
